Ambos juegos de palas cortan el material en m\u00faltiples trozos peque\u00f1os.<\/li>\n                <li>La energ\u00eda de fricci\u00f3n generada calienta y funde el pl\u00e1stico. Con un dise\u00f1o considerablemente m\u00e1s largo de lo normal, la mayor\u00eda de los sistemas de extrusi\u00f3n tienen una relaci\u00f3n de 28-36:1.<\/li>\n                <li>La longitud del doble cilindro y del tornillo permite obtener tres beneficios importantes: plastificaci\u00f3n completa del pol\u00edmero, homogeneizaci\u00f3n de la distribuci\u00f3n de la temperatura de fusi\u00f3n y desgasificaci\u00f3n de toda el agua y los compuestos org\u00e1nicos.<\/li>\n                <li>Tanto el cilindro como el tornillo est\u00e1n fabricados de acero Mo Al A de 38 Cr con un tratamiento superficial de nitruro de 0,4-0,7 mm y la superficie tiene una alta propiedad de resistencia al desgaste cuando el mecanizado contiene contaminantes mixtos.
